Platinum, 20% on high surface carbon (Actydon | Pt 20 C700) is a Pt catalyst on a high surface area carbon material. The catalyst is used as an electrocatalyst in electrolyzers (cathode) and fuel cells (anode and mainly cathode), as well as in other related applications. The catalyst is most suitable for catalytic oxidation of H2, catalytic reduction of O2 and in H+ reduction (H2 generation). The catalyst offers high precious metal efficiency. The Pt catalyst can be purchased in different Pt concentrations of 10 to 60% by weight.
